License Grant

Acuity Software, Inc. (Licensor) hereby grants to you, and you accept, a nonexclusive license to use the program and the accompanying documentation only as authorized in this license agreement. The Software may be used only on a single computer owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you; or in the event of in operability of that computer, on a backup computer selected by you.
You may make one copy of the program for the purpose of backup. Except as authorized under this paragraph, no copies of the program or any portion thereof may be made by you or any person under your authority or control.
Limited Warranty

THE DEMONSTRATION VERSION OF THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS ASSUMED BY YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

This license agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
Term

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by destroying the program and all copies thereof.
This license will also terminate upon the expiration of the demonstration period (if not extended) or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy all copies of the program.
